Montana Furniture is a Danish family owned furniture company founded by Peter J. Lassen in 1982. The flexible furniture business focuses on storage furniture, shelving and shelves for the home and workplace. Montana is one of the most well-known and sought after in modern Danish furniture design, and is known for its endless universe of combination possibilities, sizes and colors in shelves. There are 49 water-based and environmentally friendly paintings in seven color families with each character.
Montana's principle is that any furniture created by them should have the ability to be infinitely combined while still looking great.
There are different e-commerce markets. There is BTB, where business sells to business. CTB, where customer sells to business, and BTC, where business sells to customer. The last one is CTC where customer sells to customer.
To analyze the difference in buying behavior in the Danish furniture industry between B2C and B2B customers, the Decision Making Process theory can show the difference between what the consumers and businesses do before buying. And the Buying Behavior Roles theory can show who purchases and who sets the purchase in motion.
