I don’t care much about my health, I eat what I want and I drink what I want. There isn’t anything I like more, than eat a bunch of candy and drink a lot of cola, while I laugh at the health fanatics that complaints, if there is just a gram of sugar in their cereal or in any of their food. But even though I hate the fanatics, I exercise a bit myself. To stay in a fairly good shape, I run a little on a treadmill and play basketball a couple of times during the week. I think that is a pretty good idea to stay in a fairly good shape, I mean just running a bit, not much or playing some sports once in awhile. But you don’t have to take it to the extreme and exercise all the time, like some people do. I hate to listen to the people that just talk about health and how to keep a good shape. At some point, I feel bad for the fat people who hears it, because it may make them feel bad about themself and their body’s. I myself, sometimes feel bad about my own body because of what they say. It can really be hurtful. It’s not always bad things they say, sometimes it’s just a reminder of some kind or a good advice once in awhile With things like smoking, I don’t think there should be a age limit. I think that if a person wants to smoke, then he/she should be able to get cigarettes, and I think the same about alcohol, if you want to drink you should have access to it. I think that the parents should decide it, and not anyone else. But with food I think a little differently, in my opinion, unhealthy food should cost more than regular food, because if it did so, less people would buy big quantities of chocolate and candy, and that will mean, that there wouldn't be so many fat people. I don’t say that there’s anything wrong with being fat, I just say that it would be better to some cheap healthy options to chose from, instead of cheap unhealthy options.
