Ashpet: Resumé af filmen

The movie were about a girl named Lilly, but also called Ashpet. She lived with her stepfamily, because her dad had passed away. The family were going to the dance, but Lilly couldn’t come with them. The stepsisters then wants some love saches from dark sally. If Ashpet could get the love saches for the sisters, she could go to the dance.

When Ashpet asked for the love saches Dark Sally told Ashpet a story about a squirrel helping a snake, because the snake said it wouldn’t bite. However, at the end the snake ate the squirrel and the snake said, “It’s your own fault because you knew I was a snake.” then Dark Sally said ones a snake always a snake. Dark Sally referred to the stepfamily. When Ashpet was done, she got the love saches. Dark sally also handed her a mixture of oil and mixed herps. Dark Sally told Ashpet to go down to a great water creek, wash her hair and dry it with a towel, hang it on a tree and not look back.

The stepsisters didn’t held their promise and Ashpet couldn’t go to the dance. Suddenly Dark Sally came in and she told Ashpet to put down the dishes and follow her. They opened a door to a closet and there was a secret staircase to the attic. They walked over to a curtain where sally reveals a locked wardrobe. Dark Sally then unlocked a wardrobe where Ashpet´s moms finest clothing was. Dark Sally then handed over the clothes to Ashpet. Ashpet went to the party.
