Fast Food and Healthy Eating Hey blog So today I am going to discuss my eating habits and give you guys some tips and tricks on how to get a healthy eating habit. So normally for breakfast I eat two toasted breads with thin slices of chocolate. At lunch I eat a sandwich with chicken and a soda. At Dinner I eat some chicken or a beef or pasta with meet balls etc. Sometimes I eat some fast food. So, you can say that I have a not so healthy eating habit. Me and my friends like eating fast food
