One of my favorite Characters of all time is Cristina Yang. She is a surgeon in the very popular TV series, Grey’s Anatomy. She has dark curly hair, is very messy and just a very special person. She spends most of her time at the hospital, so she can get all the good cases before everyone else. She is seen as this hardcore cardiac surgeon, which she totally is. A cardiac surgeon is a surgeon who operates on hearts.
Cristina was born in America, but her parents are from Korea. She was in a car crash with her father when she was little, and her father unfortunately died.
Grey’s anatomy is about 5 interns on their way to becoming attendings. The 5 interns being:
Meredith Grey, she is the main Character and Christina's best friend.
Cristina Yang, she was the best in her class and she and Meredith is seen as the best interns. Because her father is dead, and she only have her mother, the interns become her family. A very famous line of hers is “He is not the sun Meredith, you are.” Referring to Meredith’s boyfriend Derek a.k.a. McDreamy.
Izzie Stevens, former model, very sweet but gets too involved in her patients.
