Marching in Ferguson is a song about the inequality in America. He's singing about how rotten the country is. The song is written, sung & played by the Guitarist from Rage Against the Machine, Tom Morello.

He's singing about the marches that black people do for equal rights. He chose Ferguson as a young black man was shot there on the 9th of August 2014 (The Shooting of Michael Brown). There wasn't filed any charges in the case against the police officer that may/may not have shot him without reason. A key lyric could be;

"No peace and no patience" referring to police brutality/trigger happiness of the police

It's worth noting that a lot of police shootings are justified, and are overblown by the media, and taken out of context.
