It a speech and its being held by the president of USA, Donald Trump. The speech theme is illegal immigrants from the southern borders, which is Mexico. In the speech, Donald Trump talks about all the negative outcome there has come from illegal immigrants from Mexico. He is talking about all the assaults, sex crimes and violet killing. His goal is to keep USA safe, and the way he want to do that – is to build a barrier between USA and Mexico.
A lot of word are being repeated in the text, it’s are words like “crisis”, the reason to why he is using that word so much, is to make us aware of the topic that he is talking about.

The words that he is using in the speech are being used of a reason. The reason is to make the situation sound like it hurting everyone in the United States, and that it should be stopped immediately.
He is planting many words in our heads, because he is repeats a lot of the words over and over again. Many of the people, who does not care about this or does not think it is a big problem, will start thinking that is a very big problem, and that it has to stop.
