I would recommend this to people who like movies, with a lot of history, reality, friendship, and love.
I have always hated black and white movies, but this one is the best black and white movie I have ever seen. this movie has a lot of focus on love, friendship, and reality. After my opinion I would give it 5 stars

summary:
The movie takes place during world war II in Morocco. Rich Blaine owns a nightclub in Casablanca which is a hangout for people who hope to get permission to escape from Casablanca to Lisbon, and from Lisbon to the united states. One day a resistor (Victor Laszlo) walks in with his wife llsa (who Rich had a relationship with, in Paris before the Germans invaded the city). They planned to escape Paris together. The next day Rich waited for Ilsa so they could escape together, but she never showed up as they planned. So, Rich escaped without his love. Now that Ilsa is back, Rich and Ilsa regain their love, but fate counteracts them.
