More than a walk

I checked the sky for signs of rain and set off early to make the most of the day. I had packed my bag with a few necessities- a bite to eat, a bottle of water and heaps of curiosity about what the day would bring. I’m in New York City and I’m going for a walk around the beautiful and bright streets. There are shops everywhere and big hotels and buildings all over its a good place to be, because it’s like most of the pictures and Videos I’ve seen. I’m walking over to time square I always wanted to see big bright lighting screens on the buildings. There’s lots of tourists and local people. I was lucky that there was a carnival where I actually learned a lot of stuff about the old culture and people, in New York. The people I met at the carnival was very friendly. I was at the carnival for about an hour and then I took the metro to Central Park. When I arrived at the park, I rented an electric scooter to easy access around the park to see stuff. I was heading to the famous Central Park Zoo to see some animals. When I arrived at the zoo some crazy guy was screaming at a teenager that was really slow and had problems with his credit card. When I finally got in the zoo I walked towards the monkeys and the tropical animals. I was in the zoo and park all together about two or three hours, but I forgot about the scooter rent and came back two hours late and hat to pay. After that I walked over to the nearest metro and took it to the liberty goddess, I really felt like a big tourist because I took so many pictures. The liberty goddess was so much bigger than I thought. I instantly began thinking about how it was back in the days. It began to get dark outside, so I decided to the metro home. When I was sitting in the metro, I began thinking about what I’ve had seen and learned that day. At the carnival I learned about the elderly
