My dog and I were on a morning run. It was a really cold day and there was a lot of ice on the roads that morning. My dog always knew what way we should run so I did always follow it because I couldn’t always remember the long running road. On that day I forgot my running watch so I couldn’t track were we ran and how long we went. But something very bad did happen, when we were running on the steep asphalt hill, it was slippery and was leading into a forest. So, when I ran up at the steep road I fell and landed on my arms. Both my arms did hurt, and I was in big pain. My dog ran beforehand me up at the steep road before the accident so when my dog did hear the sound of me hitting the asphalt, it did run down to me and did help me. I was helpless and I was laying on my back because I couldn’t sit up because of my arms. my dog came and I said to it whit a loud voice “go get some help!”. My dog did run down to the big road and started barking at the cars who were driving past it. I was still laying down on the asphalt and were in big pain and I began to pray for my dog to find someone who could help it. At a point my dog stopped barking I was scared that it was driven down. But when I turned my head, I saw it came running whit a female who wasn’t familiar. She asked me if were okay and did quickly ring after an ambulance. She gave me her jacket and did put it over my chest to hold me warm. When the ambulance arrived, I was really happy and grateful for the female's help. Me and my dog took the ambulance into the hospital. In the hospital I saw on the x-ray that both my arms were snapped over on half. The doctor said to me that I was really lucky that I didn’t run alone because if I were laying there in 20 minutes more both of my underarms could fall off because of the low temperature. After the hospital visit, me and my dog visited the female who did help us. I gave her a gift card to the local mall thanks to her help. Me and my dog's relationship is closer because of the incident and I am very grateful for my dog's help
