Reflektion over 'Into the Wild'

Christopher McCandless escaped from society in 1990. his goal was to travel to Alaska. I do think that his idea was not just to get away from reality, but I don’t know what he should escape from then. The story contained a lot of things that had an impact on me, especially the scene in the movie where he went up on the mountain and he got Ron with him. But why did it have an impact on me? I think it has something to do with all the things he says, in the start of the scene he says something about that he need to come of his house, and experience the world, it did something to me, it told me that you have to do something, do not just sit inside, make a different for yourself, so the movie did have a big impact on me. And understand his feelings about society, and the different he made, was good, and I think a lot have learned from it. My perspective before watching the movie, wasn’t there, I didn’t think about it, but after the movie I do think that it gained my perspective in a good way.
