Computers in Education: A Discussion

Computers and technology have become a very big part of today’s society, almost every one of us own a piece of high technology, and most of us can without a doubt admit that we have a little too much screen time on a daily basic. This has led to a discussion, whether computers and technology belongs in the classroom or not. The interrogation is whether these computers and new technologies are helping students elevating their abilities, or just interrupting students from reaching their full potential?

At Silicon Valley school, they have taken this debate into their own matters. The students at Silicon Valley school do not have a classroom which are equipped with either computers or some sort of new technology, at their school, everything is hands on. And the way I see it, I engage that, but coming into possession of computers, and using it in the learning, would be partially easier.
