Smoking is one of the biggest threats to your health and is one of the most dangerous things you can expose your body to. Even if you are young, smoking will affect this appearance and you run the risk of your skin turning gray and dull, your teeth turning yellow and this hair and smelling a lot of tobacco smoke. In addition, smoking increases the risk of getting serious illness, reduced quality of life and dying prematurely. Each cigarette costs 14 minutes from this life. If you start smoking while you are young, you will typically have a higher tobacco consumption than older smokers. In addition, there is a greater risk that you will become addicted to nicotine faster and therefore have difficulty stopping again. Nicotine affected your brain, and especially when you are young. As your chosen brain is not fully developed, irreparable damage to the cells can occur if you start smoking while you are young. The earlier you start, the more serious the injury, and the worse your memory gets. Research shows, among other things, that if you smoke before you turn 18, you are less likely to remember to quit your non-smoking peers.
