Smoking is one of the biggest threats to your health and is one of the most dangerous things you can expose your body to. Even if you are young, smoking will affect this appearance and you run the risk of your skin turning gray and dull, your teeth turning yellow and this hair and smelling a lot of tobacco smoke. In addition, smoking increases the risk of getting serious illness, reduced quality of life and dying prematurely. Each cigarette costs 14 minutes from this life. If you start smoking while you are young, you will typically have a higher tobacco consumption than older smokers.
