My healthy choices. What I’m doing. Health are a lot of things. It’s what makes your body keep going. Just like a car. Imagine that you have a good car that drives on gasoline, then your starts putting diesel fuel into it. The car is now corrupted. Our bodies are made for healthy food and exercise, not for fast food and relaxing on the couch all day long. I'm thinking really hard about eating at the right times compared to my training. Because the body should have a chance to assimilate the food. I’m training 5 times in a week
