When I heard your lecture, I was fascinated by your spark in life. It impressed me that you are improving yourself every day and focusing only on the positive things in life. I can only imagine some of the things you'd have to go through, threw out your life. I mean, all of the things people told you, you couldn't do, you've done anyway. The fact that you have learned to swim, golf, and even surf is beyond all expectations and almost unimaginable. The stuff you have achieved in life is, for me extremely impressive and quite cool to see you substantiate the condescending people that emerge now and then. And I love how you have you have learned to ignore people's opinions and screw on what other people think. Only care what you think, and don't be bothered about what people say about you. For example, you mention in your lecture that the way people and especially, kids tease each other is extremely damaging. People tease each other saying things such as "aha, you're so overweight" or "you're too tall for being a girl. Stuff that didn't matter before you heard them, nevertheless because they matter to others, they start to irritate you. Maybe you'll even begin to change yourself, because if "they" don't like you, then who will?". If you don't realize your opinion is the only thing that matters, you will start losing yourself, going into some dark places with some very dark thoughts. And only you can get you back up. And once you get so far down, you can’t even make your day normal and make the things you usually could. People will start to get picky and start saying you can't do anything good in life. That is when you hit rock bottom.
