Filmanalyse af 'Cry Freedom'

I’ve watched a movie called cry freedom. The movie is about racism. Its about a man, his name was Steve Biko.

The movies’ theme is racism. The action takes place in south Africa. It tells the story about Steve Biko’s life as an anti-apartheid fighter and very strict rules the black people had to follow.

It also talks about the way the white people (mainly Dutch) suppressed the black people. The reason for this was that they didn’t want the black to discover that the land was full of riches.

The white people turned the black people to slaves. It was very evil and against the right every human has to live in peace and choose what they want to do with their lives.

It’s a very touching movie since it shows a very dark side of the gold in south Africa.

The white people believes that they gathered the people and made Africa a better country, but we know that that is 100% false. The only thing they did was suppressing the black people and use them for their own good.

The movie is directed by Richard Attenborough. But the movie is based of a book written by Donald Woods. Donald was one of the few whites who supported the black people. He was also friends with Steve Biko.
