Written assignment - Stand by Me by [NAVN A] Stand by me is a story about four guys and their friendship. The story was written in 1982 by Stephen King. In the beginning of the film “Stand by Me” we see the main character Gordie driving in his car thinking about his history with his old friends Chris, Teddy and Vern.
