Today was travel day, the trip from Denmark to Australia is very long, it takes about 24 hours. I think it’s a long time to sit on a plane, and I find it difficult to sleep on a plane, so I was very tired when I got over here and so were my mom and dad. Despite really wanting to sleep, I kept myself awake on the car ride to our cottage because I was so excited to see and experience Australia for the first time ever.
My first impression of Australia was very good, it is a beautiful country, it has amazing nature, a lot of breathtaking animals, a beautiful landscape, and a lot of other fascinating things that I’m so excited to explore with my family.
back home in Denmark before I even got to Australia, I researched a lot about Australian history, and the thing that stood the most out to me, and find most amazing and unbelievable is that Australia may well be the home of the world’s first people, the first people were called aboriginals
Day 2 (A day in Sidney)
Today we went to Sidney, Sydney is the largest city in Australia, but not the capital. I think Sydney is the most popular city in Australia, and many people know Sydney because of its opera house which we went to today. I found out the opera house is designed by a Danish designer named Jørn Utzon which was fun because then we (as Danes) could show off a little bit.
