Let me tell you a story about a boy named William for a start. William is 15 years old and lives in Texas USA. William and his friends were going to a pool party and wanted to buy some drinks before going. They went to the local supermarket and grabbed 5 beers, but the owner didn’t want to sell the beers to the boys because they were minors. They didn’t understand why they were called minors even though they were 15 years. They put the beers back and went to the party.
A couple months later William gets in trouble with the older boys at his school. He was afraid when he must go to school and when he must leave his house. That’s why he wanted to invest in a gun. That’s why he went to a gun store and asked the owner if he could buy a gun. He even brought a fake id because he didn’t believe that the owner thinks he’s that old. But the owner was like “yeah of course which one?”. This part of the story is the interesting part.
It is so unbelievable that a 15-year-old kid in the US can just go into a gun store and buy whatever gun he wants without the owner thinking about the consequences. Even though the citizens must be 18 years to legally buy a gun in the US the owners of the gun stores are ignoring the rules. As a result to the rule break of the laws there are a lot of school shootings that are caused by young people. Selling guns can be protectible but can also cost the lives of many.
