Message in a bottle

To the person who finds this bottle: I am so glad that someone has found my message. My name is Samantha Landon, as you can see at the top of my letter. I was on my way to the Bahamas with my family on a boat. The sky suddenly turned dark, and the clouds gathered together to make the sky seem like it was falling on us. After a few hours of almost complete darkness a big storm came. The waves pushed our boat around, like if it was a toy. Our boat got wrecked and I think my family drowned to death. I am now lost on an island and I am the only person who survived. Now I am living on my own, surrounded by dangerous species and only eating the fruit that I can find. I have no idea where I am, but as much as I remember, it was somewhere near the north Atlantic Ocean or it could be one of the islands near Cuba. I am so terrified and about to lose my mind. I lost track of how old I am, but when I got stranded here on the island I was 21 years old and married with the most beautiful man named Harry King who is dead. Harry and I didn’t have any kids because of some issues we had going, otherwise we planned to have two children, who we would name Elsa and Simon but that’s completely irrelevant now. I have been on this Island for a very long time and in that amount of time I tried to repair the boat, so I could get back home before it got too late, it has not been so successful and certainly never will because I don’t have the ability and the strength to complete it. Now I want you to read this part very carefully, you got to contact the police and make them run an investigation near Cuba or the north Atlantic Ocean, they are going to be looking after a big island, with a lot of trees, and for make it easier I wrote SOS in case they don’t see me fan with my hand. I really hope this will work, so I can get back home and live my life as I did in the past.
