I am on my way to the port of Liverpool, it is where the ship to Plymouth is taking off.
When I arrived at the ship, many people, like me, were waiting. As the ship started to board, I went in line to show my ticket. The ship was now full and ready to leave the duck. Right after the departure, I was on my way to my Capin. I shared the Capin with two other men. Tonight, I need to rest, so I am ready for the journey to the new world.

Dear diary.
This morning I was woken up by the ship's horn, because we arrived at Plymouth. The second I got up I packed all my stuff, so I was ready to get off the ship.
After I had come to Plymouth, I needed to find my ship to America. At the duck I saw a big sign with the text “tickets to America”. In a hurry I found my way over to the ticket office and bought one of the last tickets, to the ship “Mayflower” that sailed to America. The Mayflower was to set off at 5 in the afternoon, so I only had to wait a couple of hours. This was my first trip, so I where very excited, so I stayed at the dock, so I wouldn't miss the ship.
