Middle part

The genre:

“Frog pond” is a science fiction. The society is a lot different from ours and pollution is a everyday struggle. “, this broke and started dripping that green stuff,” I shrugged. “It won’t hurt you if you don’t touch it” (p.14, l.10) Thorny talks about the pollution as it is nothing to worry about an that indicates it is a more common problem. the story happens in a dystopian society because the world has changed to something worse and soldiers’ control everything. “He kept telling me how bad it was to have soldiers every25 where and how they were doing awful things.” (p.18, l.25) that shows that the society is dysfunctional because citizens don’t have free will.
