'Billy Elliot' plot summary

It is about a boy. His name is Billy Elliot. He is 11 years old and live in Everington, northeast of England. He loves music, and likes to play on piano. Billy is a happy, positive and responsible boy. Billy has a grandmother. She is an old confusing woman. Billy’s father is a miner, and love boxing. His name is Jackie. His mother, Sarah died for to year ago, its mean that Billy was 9 years old, when she died. Tony is Billy’s big brother. He is also a miner, and love music. Michael is Billy’s best friend he don’t like boxing. Billy is Michael’s only friend.

We are in the 1980s. Billy and his family are living in a poor area, because Jackie and Tony are striking miners. Billy’s dad wants Billy to go to boxing, so he pays for Billy, because boxing have always been a tradition in their family. Although Billy is a bad boxer, he continues to do his father disappointed. Then a day, when Billy is boxing, he see a class with students, dancing ballet. He falls for it directly. After the boxing training, he goes to the ballet dancers. He wants to dance with them. The ballet teacher is Mrs. Wilkinson. She is mother for one of the ballet students. Mrs. Wilkinson is always smoking. She has a boyfriend named Tom. They don’t have sex, because Tom was adulterer. Mrs. Wilkinson has a daughter, her name is Debbie.
