Analyse af Obama og McCains valgkamp i 2008

Give some reasons for why Obama won the election: I think that some of the reasons why Obama won the election are that it is easier for him to correspond to a lot of different cultures, religion and types of community (rich or poor). He is a man with a big perspective and I think it is a big reason for why he won. He had promised the Americans the he would take the troops out of Iraq and that he would close the Guantanamo base. Places a lot of the Americans are insecure about. At last he also wants to make healthinsurence for the American community.

Give some reasons for why McCain lost the election: McCain I think lost because he did not have the ability to change. He reminded the Americans to much of President G.W Bush. Who is a man that has had a hard time on winning trust to the American community? So I think that the American rather sees a man who the might think could change, instead of a man who might just wants to keep the same politics as the sitting President. Another thing that has influence on the election is age, I think. Obama is in his middle-40 or 50 and McCain is 70. I think that has had a lot of influence on why McCain lost. I do not think that most of the American people can see the potential in McCain to change and they might think he is too much like President G.W. Bush.
