Some might think that it is the referees foul, that they lost the game. Because he made some wrong decisions against one of the teams, and some fans from that team might become pretty angry at the referee, and in the worst case, they would threaten him, and might try to hurt him.

I know it can be very frustrating when the referees is making some incorrectly decisions, but I have tried to be a referee, and I know how hard it is to see, what exactly happens in the foul, and you just have to presume what you think happened. And if the referee didn’t make any mistakes, he wouldn’t be human. The referee also has to be in right place all the time, but he isn’t physic, so he can’t predict where or when the next foul is going to be, so it is very hard to be in the right place all the time. And as I said before, if you don’t see what exactly happens, you just have to presume.

Is it always easy to respect a referees decision.

No of course it isn’t. It is very hard, especially if it is your team playing. Sometimes you just can’t control yourself, and you get very angry, and you yell some stupid things. I don’t think that we can stop that; I think it is okay to get mad at the referee, and yell some things. But it is not okay to yell personal things about the referee, but sometimes it happens, and all referees know that when they sign up for the job. So I think the referees has to get used to people yelling at them, because it is just part of the job, and you has to get used to it. So I think it is okay to yell sometimes, but not personal stuffs.
