Death penalty cost a lot of money and it could be used a lot better.

The death penalty is morally wrong. If the society executes the person, that has done the crime; they will be on the same low level, as the person who did the crime. In some cases, innocent people have been executed. Then later the real murder has been revealed and now an innocent life has been taken..?

Statistics has showed us, that race and money has a big influence on, if you will get the death penalty or not. Let’s say, a white person with a lot of money and good lawyer, and the white has done the same crime as a poor, but black guy. It has been proven, that the black will get death penalty, but the white has a chance of getting a lower punishment. It is really shocking and wrong, because race and money should not influence on justice. The black poor guy might get a longer punishment, than the white, but it is better than being executed.

Some people think it will scare the criminal’s from doing crime’s, that can give death penalty, but actually, the person’s who do crimes, that can give death penalty, don’t really care, if they will get a death penalty. And for many it is much worse to rotten up in a cell, than being executed. That is just a few arguments against Death penalty. My own personal opinion: We should not decide, if a person should die or not, it is not our job, prison is all right, but killing is not. We should set an example, and should not follow the steps of the murder*. Hatreds creates more hatred…
