I find the death penalty as a topic very interesting. It is topic that all people got a meaning about.
The capital punishment is the most ultimately punishment around the world, and trough life and despite cultures. By taking another person’s life you push him into the unknown. The unknown is the greatest fear for all the fears.
Your life is the most important you will ever have! It is the most precious in a family life. Should the USA destroy the hope for life?
Films/movies I’ve seen and my opinion about those films:
In the English lessons we worked with a film called “Dead man Walking” Before I watched this film I had a strong opinion about the Death penalty, I thought it was the best way to punish people, who had killed one or several humans. But the more that I immerse in the topic, the more I did changed my meaning.
It is a topic that evokes a lot of different feelings in me:
Should USA destroy all these families because execution is the easy way out for people there can’t afford a fair trial? One more thing that I had thought quite much about is that the majority of the States who have capital punishment are the most Christian States. Has the population forgotten the 10 commandments? The number 6 of the 10 commandment says “You shall not murder”
