The Road Ahead

I was just walking and walking. No houses, no people. Nothing. It was just me and the road. I sighed. My head was spinning, couldn’t take it anymore. It was too much, on one day. I get promoted, get the best office ever and everybody likes me! I know what you think. How can he be so down, after getting all this? But the truth is I don’t deserve it. At least that’s what I think, but my boss and all my colleagues think I do. Even Michelle, who always ignores me, thinks so. Ah Michelle. She can be tough to deal with, especially to work with; she can make ten body builders to cry! But I’ve never seen anyone so beautiful, her long hair, that flows in the wind when she walks and her beautifully ocean blue eyes. She has a face like an angel and a body like a supermodel. She seems to be the perfect girl, but I would never stand a chance against Jason. All the girls like him, don’t ask me why. The guys a moron! Yes, he’s big and muscular, but a dog’s smarter than him. He always let he’s muscles do the talking. And the thinking. I only hate the guy because he takes the girls I like! But Michelle really taught him a lesson. He was going to kiss her, in front of everybody, but she kicked him in the stomach and when he bends down, she smacked her knee up he’s face! “Don’t you mess with me today! I’m so pissed right now, so you should be lucky you’re still alive!” she said and he looked up on her, with he’s face bleeding and then he cried. None of the guys even talked to her, because they were afraid she would kill them. Think I’m the only guy that talks to her, but every time I do, she gets so angry and run away, with her face all red. I sighed again, why are women so complicated? Think they’re the biggest mystery on earth… A mystery no man can ever solve. I reached the end of the road. Looked around, still nothing. Where am I? I sat down, wanted to think. Besides my legs were killing me! I opened up the bag, took out some of the food I had in the car and started eating.
