It was the 19th of June, 2025. I was at work. I worked as a biotechnology technician in the town. All of my employees were really excited, because we had discovered a new virus. It was invented to a chemical war. The government would use it to destroy the enemy, in the future. It was only me, my employees and a few people in the government, who knew about it.
I was on a break, when the most terrible thing happened. The alarm went on, and all the people were running around. The people were yelling “Security, security”. We had no time to run the backup system. The only choice we had was to run. I took my car and left in a hurry. I saw many infected people on my way. It was terrible to see. It was like their skins were melting off. I drove and drove, until my car was empty of gas. I went out of my car and ran. The virus was not that far away. I was very scared. I looked back and my thoughts went on and on, too find a way to recuse the town. I could not find a solution. The people were going to die. The way to survive was to move on.
