I think healthy living is when you eat well or at least think of what you eat. But there is much unhealthy food that you have to eat to get your body working the right way. There are just things that you need to eat, or else you will receive some kind of unhealthy illness like heart diseases. In America fatness is a big issue, and now it starts in other countries as well. It is also a very big problem in Denmark; many young people are taking about weight. Since obesity is one of the problems of couch potatoes, working out or exercising is often the advice they get. I have watched a movie named; Super Size Me, and it is a great movie for this discussion because, in the America, when you go on restaurants you can go buy Super Size menus, which means they are bigger than the normal large menu.

It would really be hard to convince them because of the lifestyle they are used to. They would also find it difficult at first. But the main concern here is their health. If they want to live longer, they have to take better care of their body. Exercising or working out is really fine. They just actually need to get motivated and start doing the workout then it will be fine for them. For all of those who have hit a plateau in their weight loss, do not despair. Professionals in Australian health promotion have figured out that overweight individuals that exercise regularly have greatly improved health prospects weather they are losing weight or not. The process of trying to lose weight through exercise and healthy eating can be just as important, if not more, than the actual weight loss itself, so do not be disheartened.
