I think healthy living is when you eat well or at least think of what you eat. But there is much unhealthy food that you have to eat to get your body working the right way. I have watched a movie named; Super Size Me, and it is a great movie for this discussion because, in the America, when you go on restaurants you can go buy Super Size menus, which means they are bigger than the normal large menu.
It would really be hard to convince them because of the lifestyle they are used to. They would also find it difficult at first. But the main concern here is their health. If they want to live longer, they have to take better care of their body. Exercising or working out is really fine.
