It’s not easy, being a drug addict. I’d wish, that I could tell you why I became a drug addict. But it just happened, after I tried both marihuana and epo twice at a party. It was never supposed to happen, it just did. The following morning, I felt down. That’s when I knew, I was addicted. When you just need something so bad, that your body doesn’t work without it. And I knew immediately, that I shouldn’t have tried it. But it happened, and there’s not much to do about it, when I can’t make myself stop. And believe me; I have tried – over and over again! My life as an addict is… difficult. I think that’s the word, which describes it best. It isn’t always easy, being addicted to both marihuana and epo. Sometimes I end up, lying in bed all day, trying to avoid smoking marihuana, or using epo. I simply skip work (I work at a construction site) even though it doesn’t help at all. I believe that I can stop my abuse at some point. I just don’t know when yet. My addiction gets better and better, every day that passes by. But that’s easy to say, when you still smoke marihuana. People often think that I’m not trustworthy, just because I’m an addict. And that pisses me off! I’m still a human being, like everyone else. Nobody really has the right, to judge me. All I do is smoking. That I smoke marihuana instead of cigarettes doesn’t really change the fact, that I’m just a smoker. My epo abuse isn’t really a problem anymore, and the “cold turkeys” have stopped appearing. But I still use epo, once in a while. Hopefully, that’ll end soon. I’m actually surprised, that a construction site could use such an unstable worker, as myself. But I guess that it’s just a matter of raw strength, at a place like that. But I have a job, and I’m excited about it. The only problem, by me making money, is that I still can afford marihuana. But hopefully, it will all come to an end soon. Especially, with my brother (Who is a former addict) by my side. He’s helping me at the time, and he’ll visit me soon. We’ve talked about, him staying here for a while, until I quit my habit. Actually, my life is pretty “normal”. So, don’t “judge a book by its cover”!
