On the one hand is social networking a good thing because we can talk to each other all over the world. And you can follow each other's lives, even if you are not together. On the other hand is it a bad thing because that you can become a Facebook addict, and it goes beyond one's family and work. You can easily get the family and working life to work if you not are on Facebook more than 1 hour a day. It´s not good if it goes out of your sleeping, it will go out of your whole family know that you do not get enough time with them and will seem absent and tired.
