About Nelson Mandela. Nelson Mandela was born on July 18th 1918 in a little village in the wild South Africa in a city called Xhosa. He was brought up to be a adviser for the lokal king. But he ran away to the large city Jonnesburg where he got an education to lawyer. Growing up in South Africa under the Apartheid system of government was not funny for black people. Because the white people looked down at them, and they havent any fridom. But Nelson Mandela fighted for the fridom Instead of bowing down to that unjust system of government.
