In the National Gallery In this assignment I will start to give a summary of the short story “In the National Gallery”. Then I will analyze and interpret the text. I will write an essay, compare and put it in perspective to two other “items” in the paper statement. I will try to relate the text to the world and society that we live in today, and bring up my personal opinions. The short story “In the National Gallery” Is written by Doris Lessing. The story is told from her point of view, even thou she is quite passive throughout
