In America is gun violence almost a part of a normal day, almost every week are someone injured or even killed. The most likely cause is because some kids find their parents’ guns, and accidentally, shoot themselves. There are many theories about why USA have so much gun violence.
Someone went that far, that they began to make massacres on there schools with weapons. One very famous school shooting, is Columbine school shooting. Two boys decided to make a massacre. The boys were Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.
They were students at Columbine High. Tuesday the 20Th April 1999, did they killed twelve other students and one teacher, and wounded 24 others. The shooting started at lunch time were most of the students were in the canteen, but no one got killed there. Eric and Dylan had 10 minutes before the shooting, placed 2 bombs in the canteen, they were supposed to go off when the canteen was full. Then would Eric and Dylan stand by the exit and shoot the survivors. The bombs didn’t go off, so they decided to shoot in the school. After shooting the students, they committed suicide.
The school shooting isn’t only happening in the US. In 1996, killed Thomas Watt Hamilton sixteen children and one adult. That was in United Kingdom.
