Marks and Spencer are having a tough time ahead of them. With the peoples falling esteem to them, and their surprising bad profit reviled last year. The profit fell with surprising 600 million pounds. And they are losing customers. And all this happening in the already worldwide money-crises is not making anything look better. So how will this change the future of Marks and Spencer? No one knows. But what Marks and Spencer do know is that something has got to change

The management couldn’t sit just sit and do nothing so they had to come up with an idea fast. So to change all this from happening Marks and Spencer come up with the idea which will include; to establish a way bigger selection of products than they have now, which should cover all their costumers’ needs. And then they also have in mind to hire a bunch of people to work as extra service people, to be precise they want to hire 2000 extra recruiting’s. All these extra employees are supposed to walk around in for example the food court. Their mission will be to remind people of things they might have forgotten to put in their trolley. The 2000 extra recruiting’s will also help the costumers to find what they need and much more. This idea is also seen in other retailers such as Wall-Mart and many others.
