Hallo, my name is [NAVN A]. I am 15 years old. I like to play Playstation3 in my spare time. I don’t like sport. I have a mother and a father. They always say:”[NAVN A] you are very lazy. You don’t work or cultivating physical exercise. You just sit in your room and playing your stupid games.” Because of that they sent me to the Amish people in Lancaster Country, or with other word to the hell. I knew a little bit about the Amish, we had worked about it in the school. I knew they talk Pennsylvania Dutch, and they don’t have electricity. Live without electricity, that’s a nightmare. I thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t. They really mean it.

After 3 days, they already sent me to Lancaster Country. It wasn’t far away from our city. The driver put me off at the road. I saw a man with a long beard, and he had a hat. He gave the hand and said hallo. I did the same and said hallo. I was going to stay with him for 2 weeks. He showed me his house and the guestroom. They don’t really have electricity. No computer, playstation3 or not even a TV. I was going to cry, but I didn’t. He had a wife and two kids. Both was boys, the big brother was 14 years old and the little brother was 11 years old, but they looked to be happy. I ask the big brother Mike about what they did now. Mike said they helped their parents first. It wasn’t the so bad, I thought. They did everything, they swept the floor, washed up, dried clothes, washed the horse-buggy and they still worked. I asked for a break. They did it every day and even without that, for pocket money. Finally, we finished helping parents. I asked Mike again about what they did now. He said they are going to the playground. There is a football field. There were many kids. We were around 20 kids. We made 2 teams. It was fun.
