In 2012 the Ethic Employee Centre of England made a statistic test of turnovers in ethical trained and unethical trained companies. This course, which Zacharias Ritz provides, increases the sales with almost 11% when trained. “The sales will increase, because of the ethic environment, which will be created when attending this course. Learning about ethics is very important as an international company”, says Zacharias Ritz.

Maintaining the ethics in companies is very important. When the moral guideline is in place in a company, it will automatically support the attraction of customers. This is a way of increasing the turnover and the profit in the business. A few decades ago, the ethical aspects did not have the same attention as today. We are in the 21 century, if a company has an unethical behavior it will affect the company’s ability to attract customers. Zacharias Ritz from the Employee Centre of England has started a training course regarding ethical issues. This training course about ethics and diversity will provide management tools to deal with different conflicts and difficulties, which can mitigate future problems about ethics and diversity. This course is for both small and big companies. There is a lot of different perspectives, which will affect the promotion of Zacharias Ritz’ new course. The IKEA business partner and director of STA - Stefan Petersen says that the course itself is against the ethics regarding the companies; it is like applying double standards. “This kind of training, should not be necessary in a company. The course itself is unethical.” This kind of discrepancy is very rare in this business; the counter-measure from Stefan Petersen is quite unique. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is very important; there is several ways of building a reputation in a company, this course might be in good use- if we do not take Stefan Petersen’s perspective into account.
