1. Does it matter if the victims are soldiers or civilians?
I don’t think because both of them are normal people. And the soldiers just fight against the Terrorist to help the civilians.
2. Does it matter if the act happens on military or public areas?
I think because if it’s on public areas do a lot of people see it. And if it’s in military areas does no one see it. And it’s better because it’s difficult to explain kids why so many get killed.
3. Does it matter if it happens during war or peacetime?
Yes I do because if it’s during peacetime, is it a sign for a start of a new war. If it’s during war, is it just a part of the war and no one will think it’s weird. And I think terror is one of the basis grounds why war starting.
4. Does it matter if the act is performed for a good cause?
No I don’t think because terrors are never a good way to solve a case. I don’t think you can perform terror in a good way. I think the Stat shell solve the case if there is a problem. Because terrors are not legal so the people who are doing terror will just get problems.
