Tony Deep’s life is quite amazing; his whole career is actually a little exciting. The way he has started is “work life” is from my side, like everyone else people start their “career” as a worker. Tony Deep has grown up in British India, and his father was a draughtsman at the Ministry of Defense in Dehli, the rest of his family was comfortably well off. In August 1947 everything changed in his life. I have now told a short story of Tony Deep and his family, but there is a lot more to tell about Tony Deep. He has always believed in himself, when he arrived in Britain with three pounds and ten shillings in his pocket, the only job Tony Deep found was a bricklayer’s mate, he should mix sand and cement, after six months he already found a new job that is quite amazing, if you ask me? But now he was working as a shunter on the railways in Wolver Hampton, that isn’t enough for him, in his spare time he started a secretarial course at some local polytechnic. The money he earned was going to him, so he could pay rent and stuff, but that was only the half of his money, he also gave his family some money in India. A girl has heard he was keen to get into business, so she admittedly contacted him, and told him, that he should try to call her aunt, that moment, everything changed in his life. The girls’ aunt took good care of him. He has give a tray of freshly laid eggs; he should knock on doors of nearby homes. When he h ad done it for a while, he soon found out that he actually earned good money out of it. Tony Deep was having a good feeling about it; he wanted to get a “van”, so he could drive around. Already there I thought he was getting to something real. My first opinion about this guy, was that he was like everyone else, a human being, but when you first have read a little of his story, you get a good feeling about him, some people don’t want to try, just a little bit higher to get their dreams, this guy has been through a lot of things, he kept trying harder and harder, and just took what he could get and turned it to something good in his life. He is always thinking clear, and he said you have to be passionate. I don’t think he is a normal entrepreneur, he isn’t like everyone else, he has a big story in his life, he has been through some hard things in his life, but he have always believed and kept trying. Lastly it also gave some good “points” ended up like a big business man, he got his own company, he called the firm East End Foods, and in 1975 the company moved to Birmingham and had sales of £8m. The firm now has annual sales of £97m and makes a gross profit of £8m. There are 250 employers. I think Tony Deep is awesome, he is maybe a kind of idol for some people, he’s a good example for everyone that you can do everything you want, and you just have to be passionate.
