Analyse af 'Tony's Story' og politibrutalitet

The conflict of “Tony’s story” is police brutality aimed towards minorities. It is a great example of how a lot of White male police officers in America, abuse their power. They make themselves look strong and scary. Therefore, it makes sense that Leon and Tony try to run away from the policeman after the first incident at the Merry-go-around, where the policeman hit Leon without giving them a reason. However, there is another conflict in the story, towards the end, the policeman is following Leon and Tony, and they are scared for their lives, and Tony shoots the policeman. Now they have to burn and forget about the body, and it will scar them for a long time.
