I have chosen to tell about the second Amendment, some different school shootings and my opinion on all of this. I think it is a very important subject, and it is weird to think about, how different it is in Denmark, and why it is so important for the Americans to keep this law, when it is proved, that the law results in a lot of murders. Actually I don’t really understand it, but this is, what I’m going to tell about.
The second Amendment:
The second amendment is a very important law for the Americans and for the American culture. It says that everyone has the right to protect themselves and their family with guns and weapons. The law is very popular in America, because it makes them feel safe. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, but the “everybody are on their own” –rule in America has been even since the cowboys were in America. It is legal to walk around with a gun, if you don’t show it, so if you are in America, you don’t know if you walk beside a man or a woman with a gun. That’s kind of scary, if you ask me.
