I will complain about the hotel. It wasn´t good enough. It should be 5 stars, but when a came to the hotel is look like a 0 star hotel. In the lobby there was very dirty and is was stinking. People stand and waiting for some one to help them with checking in. When they help they gave them a key to the room, but not everything else they needed. When it was my turn, they gave me a key, but there wasn´t a number on it, so I asked what number room I have been giving. They said they didn´t know that so they call manager from the hotel. And the manager var not good enough to found out, so he gave me the a key room 204.

When I came up to my room, with my family the room wasn´t how they look out on the picture. It was dirty, and they haven't clean it. The bed was small and the bathroom didn´t have a bath. There was only a toilet and a wash. My family and me decided too ask for a new room. But the manager said there wasn´t any room left. So we went back to our room. We packed out, as we want to have the best out of the week. In the end of the week did we clean the room so the next visitors will have a better start.
