April Jones was a five-year-old girl, living with her parents and having a normal life. She was last seen in a street near her home in Machynlleth, Powys, on 1 October. One day, she suddenly got abducted by a man called Mark Bridger, he was arrested the day after she went missing.
Mark where charged for the abduction and the murder of April Jones. He was giving 18 mounts in jail for a start, and later he got in prison for a longer time.
Sam Busty is accused for offensive public electronic communication; he used Facebook to post something about the abducted child April, and no one liked, but he didn’t stop there, he would not stop his writing and continued his comments about April. Sam was warned by his friends, that he should take the post down, but he did not listen to them, and proceeded to make even more offensive comments. He was taken to court, and sentenced him 200 unpaid work hours, and gave him a curfew. The curfew was between 19:00 and 07:00 GMT for eight weeks, and on top of that his prison sentence was suspended for 18 months. His friends where also against his comments and they warned him to stop, but he carried on writing comments to the status. After his friends has told him to stop, he made his Facebook public, so everyone could read what he wrote about April Jones.
