I stay healthy by playing handball and weight training tree times a week where we are practices 8 hours in a week in these 3 days. Sometimes my friends and I go to McDonalds after a handball practice and hanging out with our friends from the City we live in. I don’t eat so much junk food in a normal week, but when I’m in the city (Aarhus) I take the easy choice that is fast and not so expensive. I don’t eat a salad or some healthy food when I’m home, I take what there are in the fridge. But sometimes when I’m out with my family, I eat some healthy food because I’m not in the mood to something where there is a high fat percent
If you want to healthy you have to be engaged in it, if you want to lose weight, you have to cut all that unhealthy you are eating example if you are smoking you need to cut down on how many you are smoking, because that are one of the things that does you don’t have a good condition, because your lung can’t follow with you. The other thing you have to almost quit is alcohol, that also make you lazy and you don’t want to do anything
