A parent will always look at their daughter as their little princess. It doesn’t matter how old they get. That’s a thing that I think will never chance. I think it’s a little bit easier to let go of a son, because he’s a boy so he can protect himself.
People often think that the females are the weak ones and the males are the strong ones, but it’s not like that. It’s because in the old days it was the man who worked for the food and it was him who earned the money, so he was the “strong one”.
I think that, that’s the reason why parents are more protective for their daughters. Because the old traditions are still they’re just in a small amount.
I have never had a super good relationship to my dad, because he has been travelling a lot. But I still love him and we have fun most of the time, but we can have our fights because we are really similar to each other. I can’t really tell the different between my relationship with my dad from before I became a teenager to now, because I have always wanted to spend as much time as I could with him. Did I mention that he lives in Spain?
