Culture is a way, different ethnicities expresses thoughts and feelings in certain situations. Every ethnicity has one way to express and react in every situation, but so does every individual. Every individual is born in a country, and no matter what country you are born in, you will become a part of the national culture. Of course culture is not an individual thing, it’s more like a national thing. But culture is just something that individuals become a part of, and they never stop being a part of it unless they stops: Interacting with other people and increasing their knowledge. The environment that kids are born in has a huge effect on how they will be as grown-ups and actually their entire childhood. For example, will people who are born in slums, and areas with very bad conditions, NOT have the same kind of dreams as “rich kids” that are born in Bel-Air. But they will neither have the same opportunities as rich people, because they can’t afford education and good conditions for learning. Poor people will probably as the first thing, try to cover the psychical demands, and in that way actually follow Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. It’s not doubtable that the way, people are raised, is a main factor for how they will become as grown ups. That’s why one of the main keywords when you talk culture must be environment. Of course not everything is about environment. The media, and the way other in your country lives, will reflect the way you think, react, or even the way you dream. But that will be argued later in the text. Kids that are born in areas with high living conditions have a better chance to succeed, than poor people from ex. Ethiopian whos parents are suffering from aids. Every time you socialize with other people who has another cultural experience than yourself, you will see things in a whole new way, than you did before. And that leads back to environment – Where are you? Where are you from? What do you come from? It’s just another way of saying “Who are you?” That’s what the environmental culture is.
