The Flowers

UDDRAG Summary The novel is about a little girl called, Myop. She is ten years old and lives in a sharecropper with her family. It is located near a farm, and she often go by the pigpen and hen house. One day she is walking around in the woods, when she suddenly gets to a place she is not familiar with. She began to walk home, when she suddenly steps on a dead man’s face. Near the dead man Myop sees a pink rose she likes, while picking it up she sees a rotten noose, and a bit of shredding plowline, some of it hanging from a limb. Myop laid down the flowers. And the summer ends.
