London is an interesting place, and 2 thousand years old. The Romans seemed that the town was good because there were 2 hills. There was a river with name Thames, there was deep enough to ships could sail in then, and there came a bridge across over the water.

Roman Lodonium was the town with the finest stone buildings. There were statues and temples too. But people from different places rebuild the town to ruins. Soon where there centers there were 4-6 miter high.

The twelfth century the first stone bridge was build over the Thames. London was now full of houses and shops. The heads and the criminal made a rule that everyone should be in the left side because the bridge was very narrow so the traffic came to standstill. In 1665 began the city to be dirty. Because it was sp dirty, the weather began to be warmer, and about 100.000 people, a third of all people in London died, and I 1666 burned the most of the city and put a stop to the plague.

London has also a terrible time witch was called the Blitz. Many people go underground because there was a bomb tread. Children were sent for the farms so they get in safety, but almost 30.000 people were killed.
