Martin Luther King was a man who fought for freedom for the black people all over the world. He wanted black people to have the same rights as the white people. He was a so-called civil rights fighter. Everyone know and knew Martin Luther King, because he was the only one to come through to both black and white people. When he was 34 years old, he held the speech ''I Have a Dream'' he was standing on the stairs on his way to the ''Lincoln Memorial''. He turned around and began improvising his speech. It was live on almost every TV-channel. It was unbelievable. The speech was actually that good, that president Johnson implemented the law about no discrimination against any people. Martin Luther King won the ''Nobel peace prize'' as well.

Martin was born the 15 January 1929 in Atlanta , USA. He has always been a believing Christian, because his father that was a priest, and it was actually in the church with his father, he learned to hold speeches.

In 1968 when Martin Luther King was 39 years old he got assassinated, shot and killed by James Ray, an American racist, that was tired of hearing all his speeches about freedom to all the black people. Martin was killed at ''Lorraine Motel'' in Tennessee, he was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital, but it was too late he died 7:05 pm. that evening.
